Schedule for Temple University - Essentially Ellington:
Arrive at MRHS - 5:45 a.m. (yes folks, there are TWO 5:45's in a day)
Depart MRHS - 6:00 a.m.
Travel time to Temple - 5 hrs. including a short bathroom stop. Students will be able to buy lunch en route, but will need to plan on eating on the bus)
Report Time for the Festival - 11:30 a.m.
... Warm-Up - 12:00 Noon
PERFORMANCE TIME - 12:30 p.m.
Clinic Time - 12:50 p.m.
Pack Bus - 1:20 p.m.
Grab bite to eat at "LUNCH COURT" - 1:30 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Listen (Two Groups) - 2:00 p.m. & 2:30 p.m.
SECTION CLINICS - 3:30 p.m.
TEMPLE UNIVERSITY BIG BAND / AWARDS - 4:45 p.m.
DEPART FOR FROSTBURG - 5:30 p.m.
DINNER - 6:00 p.m. (ish)
Return To MRHS - 11:15 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE:  All effort is given towards providing an accurate time schedule with band events.  Unfortunately, factors outside of the Mountain Ridge Band Program's control may impact the ability to strictly adhere to the times as detailed.  Such factors include delays associated with events attended, traffic, and meal delivery.  We recommend that each member of the band have a designated means of contact with their source of transportation in the event there are delay
